We are piloting day-of coordination services at weddings & events for summer 2019. Why are we offering this service? After working 40+ events every year for the last decade, we’ve developed an understanding of how to smoothly execute an event. We successfully coordinated a handful of weddings in 2018 and are enthusiastic to expand our current service offerings.
We’ll be offering a simple, no-frills coordinating service for a reasonable rate. What do we mean by no-frills? We focus primarily on the staff/food/bar/pre-event planning/table-setup/vendor coordination and cleaning side of the event. We’d like to offering decoration service, but we’ll leave that to expert vendors who are much better than us! We want to gain experience as wedding season comes closer and know that we can offer value.
You will receive a complimentary consultation to discuss your day-of coordinator needs. Consultations are available in-person or over the phone. Come prepared with type of services needed, an approximate head count, and a budget range in mind. You may also email us by clicking the button below, just make sure to include the information above.
After we meet, you will receive a proposal including price ranges for each aspect of the event. A date is not secure until a service agreement is signed and a deposit is received. Follow up meetings can be scheduled as needed.
After the consultation we will work closely with you to develop an outline, coordinate and provide recommendations for your event, make sure that your timeline is executed and assure that everyone is on task. We also help with cake cutting and beverage services!

Correspondence:In-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
Timeline Creation: A copy will be provided to all your vendors, wedding party, and family.
Day-Of Coordinating:ALL day coordinating on the day-of the event. We support your needs for as little or long as you need, before and after the event.
Setup:We can provide setup of tables, chairs, decor, water stations, coffee etc. NOTE: We do not provide decorations OR decoration planning, we can offer advice based on experience, and will setup to your predetermined instructions.
Vendors:Communication of timeline and day of events with all other vendors before the event w/ follow up.
Vendor Recommendations: Provide you with a list of our preferred vendors.
